General Information and Rules for participation in the Stansbury Park Community Association Stansbury Days:
Fees for a booth will be $40.00. A booth space is 10’ x 10’. An additional fee of $10 will be required if
requesting a specific location. Requesting a location is not guaranteed.
All fees must be postmarked by July 30th, 2017 Any applications sent after this date will require an
additional $10.00 or will be rejected.
No refunds will be given if application has been received and accepted regardless of reason. Exception:
Duplicate entered businesses may receive a refund. First to have paid will get booth space.
Application is not a guarantee of booth space. SPCA reserves the right to reject any application for any
reason. This is a family friendly event, all booths need to be in accordance
Stansbury Park Community Association is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining the required permissions and licenses required by Tooele
County, the state of Utah and any companies whose products are being sold.
a. All vendors must have a Tooele County Business License per the county regulations.
b. A Food Handler's Permit is required if you will prepare food in the booth area.
c. Tooele County Business Licenses can be obtained by printing out the application and taking it
into the county building. Licenses can be downloaded at: Buisness License Application
d. All vendors should complete a Utah State Tax commission form and are responsible for filling
out the form and submitting it the state within the timeframe required by the state.
The Stansbury Park Community Association Stansbury Days committee may limit the number of
vendors for a specific type of product.
Applications are approved in the order they are received. Final approval pends the receipt of the
vendor booth fee and all applicable licenses. Business will not be allowed to set up if payment has not be received.
Acceptable forms of payment for vendor booths are: PayPal, cash, or check.

The boutique will be from 11am-7pm. All booths must be manned at all times during this period. Set
up is from 9:30-11 a.m. on the day of the event. No set up prior to this time unless arrangements are
made with the Stansbury Days committee.
All trash and debris must be cleaned up after the event or you will not be invited back next year.
All vendors must provide their own canopy, chairs, tables, power, etc.
No vehicles of any kind will be allowed on the grass. Plan on walking a short distance to booth space.
All vendors should present a professional appearance in both dress and behavior.
Failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations of Stansbury Days 2017 will result in your
inability to be a vendor at Stansbury Days in future years.
It is the vendor's responsibility to be knowledgeable of the regulations and standards which are part of the application.
Dear Food Vender The Stansbury Park Community Association, SPCA, is hosting its annual Stansbury Days event August 18th and 19th, 2017 in Stansbury Park, UT. Stansbury Days attracts thousands of park residents and others from in and around the Tooele valley with events like the Stansbury Days car show benefiting Guide Dogs of America, adult and kids triathlon, parade, entertainment, bounce houses, water activities, dance performances, and craft vendor booths, to name a few. This annual event is very well attended.
We would like to invite you to be one of our limited food vendors to participate in this year's event. A benefit of each Stansbury Park Community Association member is a coupon book that can be used at participating food vendors during Stansbury Days. As a vendor you will need to provide one item for this coupon book. Such as a free drink, side, cookie, discount, etc. You can expect approximately 300 coupon booklets to be handed out.
The main event is Saturday but we do have Kids Triathlon and Movie Night on Friday Evening. You are welcome to set up on Friday at no additional charge. Set up on Friday usually begins around 4;30 p.m. This is only an option and not a requirement. Saturday’s details are listed below.

We are currently in the process of accepting sponsors for this year’s Stansbury Day’s event. As a sponsor, you will receive recognition both at the event and throughout the year from your association with the SPCA. All sponsorship selections and payments must be submitted in full by August 12th in order to be included in this year’s event.
STANSBURY DAYS 2017 PARADE INFORMATION AND ENTRY FORM
If you are applying to be a part of the Stansbury Days Parade please read the entire set of Safety Rules and Guidelines:
Parade officials will inspect all entries and reserve the right to eliminate any entry.
The parade will start at 10:00 am in the parking lot of the LDS Church on Bayshore Drive and end at the corner of Clubhouse Drive and Country Club Drive. (2 miles) Lineup will start at 9:30 am.
Changes in the parade lineup will be at the sole discretion of the parade officials.
Entries with children under the age of 14 must have one (1) adult per five (5) children.
Once your entry has started along the parade route, no one may board your float.
Your entry and participants may not exit the parade route before the end of the parade.
Participants are not allowed to spray water at spectators or throw water balloons or engage in any other activities involving water along the parade route.
Participant’s candy and advertising materials must hit the ground in front of spectators and not be thrown into the crowd.
All entries must be identified (organization, individual, etc.) with at least two signs facing each side of the street and using large letters.
Performances dance/band/cheer etc should not be more than 30 sec in length.
