Parade Rules and Regulations

Read This Section Before Applying Below


  1. Parade officials will inspect all entries and reserve the right to eliminate any entry. 
  2. The parade will start at 10:00 am in the parking lot of the LDS Church on Bayshore Drive and end at the corner of Clubhouse Drive and Country Club Drive. (2 miles) Line-up will start at 9:30 am.   
  3. Changes in the parade line-up will be at the sole discretion of the parade officials.  
  4. Entries with children under the age of 14 must have one (1) adult per five (5) children.   
  5. Once your entry has started along the parade route, no one may board your float.  
  6. Your entry and participants may not exit the parade route before the end of the parade. 
  7. Participants are not allowed to spray water at spectators or throw water balloons or engage in any other activities involving water along the parade route. 
  8. Participant’s candy and advertising materials must hit the ground in front of spectators and not be thrown into the crowd.
